Nexa was founded in 2017 by Eliot Hibbert and John Roberts with full approval from the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) as a regulated law firm.
In January 2020, Nexa Law expanded its reach by acquiring Peregrine, a well-established law firm. This acquisition broadened Nexa's service offerings and marked its strategic entry into the London legal market, boosting its national presence.
Following the Peregrine acquisition, Nexa Law opened its London office in 2020. This expansion into the UK's commercial and legal hub enhanced Nexa's accessibility to clients and underscored its commitment to growth.
By the end of 2020, Nexa Law had grown its team to 50 skilled lawyers. This milestone reflected the firm's success in attracting top legal talent, positioning it to deliver exceptional services across various practice areas.
