He has held senior leadership roles at FTSE-100, Private Equity backed and privately owned organisations, delivering sustained growth through organic and acquisition-led strategies. As Chair of Nexa Law, Gavin brings deep expertise in governance, strategy, and value creation. Known for his integrity and collaborative, values-driven leadership, he is also committed to mentoring future leaders and supporting community initiatives.
Eliot Hibbert
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Before establishing Nexa, Eliot practiced as a commercial lawyer specialising in high-value business acquisition and disposals. He has advised and represented clients throughout the UK, Europe, and America on commercial contract work. He also acted for a significant UK developer and dealt with several flagship property leases for SMEs, large limited companies, LLPs and PLCs
Paul Cook
Chief Financial Officer
Paul is a chartered accountant and experienced CFO with extensive experience across the legal services, media, technology and hospitality sectors.
John McAuley
Chief Commercial Officer
Having been involved in Nexa as a board member from day one, John has previously worked in recruitment for 20 years, starting his own recruitment business in 2012. John has an extensive background in achieving growth in business by developing the right marketing strategies, finding high-calibre people and teams, and providing exceptional service levels.
Victoria Hibbert
Chief People Officer
Prior to her role as Chief People Officer at Nexa, Victoria worked for several regional law firms in Shropshire and Mid Wales, along with a national firm based in Leicester. She is now responsible for the administration and management of Nexa, as well as onboarding new lawyers.
Trevor Richards
Chief Technical Officer
Trevor is an experienced technical leader who has worked across multiple domains and successfully established, grown and led teams of various sizes. Trevor has a wealth of operational experience and technical know-how with a passion for delivering user friendly and innovative technology solutions. Trevor is responsible for Nexa’s technology strategy.
David Richards
Chief Marketing Officer
David has worked across a diverse mix of industries over the past 20+years, using his analytical marketing and strategic focus to drive brand development and ultimately deliver business growth. David’s focus is to take Nexa onto the next stage of their journey, building on the great work to-date, and ensuring the brand is front of mind for new model law. If he’s not at work, he’ll be on a golf course somewhere!..
Shaunagh Rogers
Chief Compliance Manager
After completing her degree in law and criminology, Shaunagh went on to study the LPC and LLM at Chester University of Law. She specialised in civil litigation and commercial law.
