Victoria advises clients on all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and first registrations. Over the course of her career, Victoria has helped clients at every stage of the home-moving journey, from first-time buyers taking their first step onto the property ladder to those downsizing, remortgaging or moving on to their next home

Before joining Nexa Law, Victoria held a number of senior and leadership roles within established law firms, managing busy conveyancing teams whilst maintaining her own caseload.

With more than 20 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, Victoria understands the importance of clear communication and practical advice. She aims to keep clients informed throughout the transaction and make the conveyancing process as straightforward as possible.

Alongside her client work, Victoria serves as a Property Specialist Reference Group Adviser for CILEx, contributing to discussions on issues affecting conveyancing and legal practice. She also enjoys mentoring and supporting aspiring lawyers and legal professionals, particularly those pursuing alternative routes into the profession.

Victoria qualified through the CILEx pathway whilst working full-time and raising a family. In recognition of her achievements, she was Highly Commended in the Bristol Law Society Law Student of the Year Awards 2023.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and travelling.
