Suzanne studied law at the University of Liverpool before going on to qualify as a Solicitor in 2000, having trained with Chester firm, Aaron & Partners. Suzanne has since worked with a number of firms including national firm, DWF, before she set up her own property law practice in 2007. Her firm merged with a larger practice in 2011 and Suzanne went on to become a Consultant Solicitor in 2013, joining Nexa Law in in 2025.

Suzanne specialises in all aspects of property work, in particular, high value residential conveyancing work. Suzanne has acted on a number of high value property transactions in London & the South-East with property values in excess of £3million; she receives many instructions from repeat clients and from new clients recommended by her existing clients. Her expertise includes freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Suzanne also deals with commercial property work, including commercial leases, sales and purchases. She has acted for a large national recruitment company dealing with all property matters for over 20 years; a large North-West based bakery chain dealing with their leases; and for commercial property developers based in Nantwich. Suzanne also acts for developers in connection with residential sites in Shropshire & Cheshire.
In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys visiting the Lake District & climbing the Wainwrights . She is an Everton football fan & tries to keep fit by running to counterbalance her love of good food & wine.
