Myles Bennett

Myles qualified as a solicitor in 2017. His experience includes working in Addleshaw Goddard’s Corporate Banking team, where he advised on corporate banking and real estate finance and transactions involving multiple jurisdictions, alongside a six-month secondment to NatWest.

He subsequently worked in-house at Handelsbanken, advising on lending and security matters across real estate, development, corporate and trade finance. This gave him valuable insight into how lenders assess transactions, manage risk and make lending decisions.

His career also includes working at Wright Hassall before moving into consultancy practice. Bennett Marsh Law brings together this experience with his commitment to straightforward advice, personal relationships and proactive delivery.

Myles helps clients navigate property and finance transactions, from acquisitions and refinancing to bridging and development finance. His experience includes acting on secured lending, negotiating facility and security documentation, and advising on commercial property purchases, leases and portfolio transactions.

Having worked both in private practice and within a bank, Myles understands the commercial priorities on both sides of a transaction. He focuses on identifying issues early, explaining them clearly and finding practical solutions that keep matters moving.

Personal service is central to his approach. Myles works closely with clients and their brokers, accountants and other advisers, providing direct access, responsive communication and clear advice throughout each matter.

Outside of work, Myles enjoys golf, padel and various other sporting pursuits, as well as following Wolverhampton Wanderers — a commitment that has taught him plenty about patience and optimism.
