Louise is a Private Client Solicitor specialising in wills, trusts, estate planning and probate. With over 25 years’ experience, Louise helps individuals and families protect their assets, plan for the future and navigate sensitive legal matters with clarity, empathy and practical advice.

Louise prepares wills tailored to each client’s family and financial circumstances, ensuring clarity and peace of mind. She handles probate and estate administration from start to finish, guiding Executors through every stage with practical advice. Her work covers the creation and management of trusts, including those for inheritance tax planning, personal injury claims, and vulnerable beneficiaries. Louise also advise on all aspects of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters, supporting carers and families in protecting loved ones’ interests. She regularly meet clients in care homes, hospitals, or at home, offering a compassionate and personal approach.

Background

Louise qualified as a solicitor in 2000 in Chelmsford, Essex, and later moved to St Albans, Hertfordshire, where she built and led a successful private client department before joining Nexa Law. With over 25 years’ experience, Louise provides clear, practical advice to help clients plan for the future with confidence.

She covers wills, probate, estate administration, inheritance tax planning and the creation of trusts, including discretionary, vulnerable person, and personal injury trusts. She help families put protective and tax‑efficient structures in place that meet their personal and financial goals.
