Dina is a solicitor and fractional General Counsel with over 25 years of legal experience across the UK, US and international markets. Dina works with founder-led businesses, SMEs, consultancies and technology-driven organisations, as well as other clients who need senior legal support delivered in a pragmatic, commercially useful way. Dina work includes contract drafting, review and negotiation, privacy and DSAR support, governance and regulatory advice, dispute triage and debt recovery strategy. Dina also brings deep experience in eDiscovery, investigations and complex data matters, which is particularly useful where legal, factual and operational issues overlap. Dina focus is always on understanding the client’s objectives, identifying the real risks and giving advice that is clear, proportionate and practical.

Dina is admitted in England & Wales, Northern Ireland, Ireland and Washington, DC, and her career has spanned private practice, in-house legal teams, consultancy and legal technology environments. That breadth of experience means she does not just advise on the legal position in the abstract. Dina understands how businesses operate in practice, how risk shows up commercially and operationally, and how legal support needs to work in real life.
Dina practice centres on flexible senior legal support for businesses that need help across commercial contracts, governance, privacy, confidentiality, data protection, regulatory matters and disputes. She regularly advises on master service agreements, SaaS agreements, consultancy agreements, NDAs, supplier terms, privacy notices, vendor DPAs, DSAR strategy, internal investigations, settlement positioning and debt recovery.
Alongside Dina legal practice, she has significant experience in eDiscovery, disclosure, investigations and data-driven matters. Dina is a Relativity Master, Relativity Certified Trainer, Reveal Scholar and CEDS professional, with hands-on experience managing complex review workflows, DSARs, investigations and cross-border matters. That combination of legal and technical experience is a key part of how she helps clients, particularly where large volumes of data, process defensibility and risk management are involved.
