Diane took a degree in Law in the mid-1990s then also passed the postgraduate Legal Practice Course, before spending a few years as a self-employed proof-reader and copy editor for several legal publishers. In 2004 she joined DWF as a trainee in the property department and qualified two years later as a Licensed Conveyancer, specialising in residential property. Since then she has worked in a number of firms, both large and small, holding more senior management positions in recent years, before taking the leap into self-employment again as a consultant licensed conveyancer in 2023.

She aims to understand her clients’ needs and situations and carries only a small caseload so that she can offer a more personal service. Diane also works closely with another Nexa consultant, Jules Mortimer, and they share a common aim to give a first-class service to clients, agents and brokers alike.
Diane works on both freehold and leasehold houses, low-rise flats, registered or unregistered property and also has experience dealing with transfers of part and new-build homes.
