Alex has acted for numerous owner managed businesses across different sectors ranging from a turnover of £500k to £70million and up to 2000 employees, looking after both their commercial and employment needs. She has bought and sold businesses for her clients with a sale price ranging from £200k to £14million.
Alex has acted for many employees at both junior and senior levels from all industries. Her work covers all employment tribunal litigation, guidance through disciplinary and grievance processes and negotiating settlement agreements (including high value settlements) and where applicable, share transfers.
