There are times when we would all love a crystal ball. For example, when it comes to our legal careers, it would be nice to know if we are on the right track, when our journey might start to take a different path and what our ultimate destination is going to be?
If we knew all this, we would always be able to make the right decisions, at the right time, to ensure our careers flourished in the best way for us and our families.
At Nexa, we can’t claim to be able to see the future, but we do know that the present is looking pretty good for our consultant solicitors who have joined us from a diverse range of different starting points.
What they all have in common is that they took a decision to radically change the way they work, to go self-employed and take control.
