Probate – Price List
Overview
The Grant of Probate is the first legal stage of administering the estate of a deceased person, this then gives the executor authority to deal with the deceased’s assets including property, money and belongings. This then leads onto administering the estate.
We will handle the full process for you, and the fees given below are estimates depending on whether there is a valid Will, the size of the estate, the amount of beneficiaries, no disputes between the beneficiaries, no claims made against the estate, and lastly whether Inheritance Tax is payable and full accounts need to be submitted to HMRC.
We can give you a more accurate estimate of fees once we have met with you to discuss your requirements.
Please note the time estimates quoted may be longer depending on the complexity of the estate.
