Ilesh qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and carries over 26 years of experience in handling complex, serious and catastrophic injury cases. Ilesh has previously worked at recognised national law firms and headed up his own solicitors’ practice for over eight years.
Ilesh holds a Master of Laws from the University of London and began his career at a high street firm, where he learned to work with clients at a grassroots level. He refined his skills at a leading national law firm specialising in severe injury cases and was later recruited by a London firm to assume a key role in a complex group action involving over 1,000 personal injury victims, culminating in a successful 13-day trial at the High Court.
Armed with this experience, Ilesh established his own law firm, set aside financial targets, treated each case as a project, and secured substantial awards for vulnerable clients across the country.
He upholds this philosophy at Nexa, where, through compassion, patience, and endurance, Ilesh consistently fights for and secures six-and seven-figure settlements for catastrophically injured claimants. Recently, he settled a severe brain injury claim for £3.75 million.
Ilesh is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and is willing to conduct home visits for clients throughout the UK.
