Nexa Law is delighted to be working with Attollo to deliver our brand new, modern intranet platform designed to better support our growing network of partners across the UK.
Built on SharePoint within Microsoft 365, the intranet, known as NexaNet powered by Attollo will provide a centralised digital environment that enables partners to stay connected, informed, and supported while operating within Nexa’s highly successful, consultant-led model. The project forms a key part of a wider digital transformation strategy being championed by Eliot Hibbert, Chief Executive Officer & Founder of Nexa Law, and led operationally by John McAuley, Chief Commercial Officer, and Victoria Hibbert, Chief People Officer. As we continue to grow, the strategy is focused on creating a best-in-class digital experience for partners, modernising and connecting the firm’s digital landscape, and ensuring systems,
information, communications, and support services work seamlessly together. The new intranet will sit at the centre of this vision, acting as a single destination where partners can access the resources, knowledge, and tools they need to succeed.
The investment also lays the foundation for Nexa Law’s future Digital & AI strategy. By bringing together knowledge, communications, compliance resources, operational information, and partner expertise within a structured and governed environment, NexaNet will help create the framework required to maximise the value of emerging AI technologies. As Nexa continues to innovate, the platform will provide a strong foundation for future AI-powered search, knowledge discovery, productivity, and partner support initiatives across the firm. Designed specifically for a remote and highly distributed workforce, the new intranet will streamline access to operational resources, compliance information, firm updates, and shared knowledge. The platform will also reduce reliance on large internal email chains by creating dedicated spaces for collaboration, discussion, and expertise sharing through integrated tools including Microsoft Viva Engage communities.
The result is a more structured, accessible, and engaging digital experience for partners across the business. Sam Dolan, Director of Attollo, said: “Nexa Law has built an incredibly forward-thinking model around empowering its partners, and the technology supporting that model needs to be equally flexible, connected, and scalable. This project is about much more than delivering an intranet; it’s about creating a digital foundation that supports partners wherever they work, simplifies access to critical information, and positions Nexa to take advantage of future innovations, including AI-powered experiences that will further enhance productivity, knowledge sharing, and partner support. We’re excited to be working alongside the Nexa team on such an important initiative.”
John McAuley, Chief Commercial Officer of Nexa Law, added: “As Nexa continues to grow, it is essential that our partners remain fully supported regardless of where they are working. We have a clear vision to create a market-leading digital experience across the firm, and the intranet will play a central role in achieving that. Attollo demonstrated a strong understanding of both our operational requirements and our culture. The platform will help us strengthen communication, collaboration, and compliance while providing our partners with easier access to the information and support they need every day.”
Once delivered, the new intranet will become the digital heart of Nexa Law, transforming how partners access information, collaborate with colleagues, engage with the wider firm, and stay connected to the people, knowledge, and resources that drive their success. By establishing a modern foundation for communication, collaboration, governance, and AI-enabled innovation, the platform will help power the next chapter of growth for Nexa Law and its partner community.
