Rachael specialises in a range of Residential Property matters, and has over 10 years’ experience within Conveyancing. Having trained from a legal secretary shortly after finishing A-Levels to a qualified fee-earner at the same High Street practice in Surrey, her knowledge and experience proves invaluable to clients and contacts.
Background
Rachael originally qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, later going on to dual qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer and acts for a variety of different clients from first time buyers to businesses buying property for investment purposes. She is always keen to understand and meet individual client needs wherever possible, and takes a personal approach to her work. She values her clients greatly and strives to provide the deserved high standard of service for what can be a very stressful and sometimes complex time, and aims to make the process easier and relieve pressure as much as she can.
A majority of Rachael’s work arises from repeat business and referrals, whether that be from clients, estate agents, surveyors, mortgage brokers or other contacts. In her many 5* reviews, she has been described as professional and efficient, but also “went the extra mile”, “a breath of fresh air” and “showing real compassion”. When leaving her previous firm, a client very kindly gave her flowers, a cake and advised in a card she had been “a beacon of calm and order in a rather frenzied process”.
