Graeme qualified as a solicitor in 2011 at Slaughter and May and subsequently practised at an elite US law firm and at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Graeme has a broad range of experience advising corporate and private equity (including Goldman Sachs funds, CVC Capital, TPG Capital and Apollo Management) / venture capital clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions (private and public), investments and capital markets transactions (and general corporate finance and company law matters).
