Samuel has over 6 years experience of advising on real estate matters and conveyancing transactions. Samuel holds an LLB and the BPTC from the University of the West of England. He is also authorised and regulated by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executive.
Samuel has experience in dealing with non-traditional lenders, alternative property finance structures and other areas of real estate and investment finance including bridging loans and development finance.
In past employment, Samuel has advised private clients, investors and companies on New Build Homes, Retirement Property and Equity Release Mortgages. Through this work he has developed a strong understanding of the corporate and retail mortgage and banking sector which he uses to assist clients with a varied range of financing positions.
