Tracey is a solicitor with a national reputation and deep expertise in representing survivors of sexual abuse and assault in compensation claims. Tracey was formerly a partner in a regional law firm before running her own niche practice dedicated to advocating for abuse victims in personal injury claims for over 15 years.

Tracey is an Executive Officer and Panel Member of the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers and a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Tracey has successfully brought compensation claims on behalf of her clients who suffered sexual abuse at the hands of:

Tracey has also had notable successes in pursuing claims on behalf of victims of image based sexual abuse.
She has represented a cohort of victims of abuse in Jersey children’s home, have been instructed in ‘group’ actions against well known institutions, and was the claimant’s lawyer in the notable and much publicised case of JGE’ v Roman Catholic Diocese of Portsmouth (Court of Appeal, July 2012).
