Specialising in commercial property, she has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property transaction including acting for both landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, freehold and leasehold sale and purchases, as well as lending matters. As well as commercial property, Ellen also acts on residential property matters including lease extensions and new builds.
