Doug qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and has worked in London and Regional firms where he was previously head of employment law prior to going into consultancy.

When not at work, Doug is often in the cricket nets coaching his son (free of charge) and enjoys watching all sports, walking his Rhodesian Ridgeback and spending time with family and friends.
