Jat Patti

He acts for a variety of private and corporate clients in relation to their property needs including Bridging, Commercial Refinances, BTL Refinances, Residential Refinances, Transfers of Equity, Residential Sales, Equity Release and providing independent legal advice to corporate borrowers, guarantors & occupiers.

Jat qualified in 1999 in London. He has had extensive experience of heading up property teams in Secured Lending, Mortgage Repossession Sales, Bridging (acting for lenders and borrowers) and Equity Release. Jat has been a member of the Equity Release Council for over 7 years and has completed numerous transactions over that time acting for Equity Release borrowers. He also provides home visits to Equity Release borrowers.

Jat is based in Bedfordshire and London and has built up a large network of property professionals that he has worked with over the course of his career which his clients can benefit from.

Outside of law other than spending time with his family he enjoys Salsa dancing. Jat has danced Salsa over 20 years and has also taught. He also enjoys going to the gym and walking his dog. Jat has also volunteered for the Sikh Seva Society and has in past volunteered for various homeless charities such as Crisis over the years.
