Tracey O’Dwyer

Tracey is an experienced solicitor, specialising in divorce and financial remedies. She has been awarded the Law Society Advanced Accreditation in Family Law. Tracey’s assessed areas were complex asset cases and advice in, and conduct of, financial matters.

She aims to find the least stressful and least costly way forward for her clients by utilising forms of non-court dispute resolution where possible and appropriate. She has experience in cases ranging from modest assets to high net worth. Tracey thinks laterally and creatively to find solutions and, where needed, to drive matters forward
