Before establishing Nexa, Eliot practiced as a commercial lawyer specialising in high-value business acquisition and disposals. He has advised and represented clients throughout the UK, Europe, and America on commercial contract work. He also acted for a significant UK developer and dealt with several flagship property leases for SMEs, large limited companies, LLPs and PLCs
John McAuley
Chief Commercial Officer
Having been involved in Nexa as a board member from day one, John has previously worked in recruitment for 20 years, starting his own recruitment business in 2012. John has an extensive background in achieving growth in business by developing the right marketing strategies, finding high-calibre people and teams, and providing exceptional service levels.
Adam Edwards
Chief Financial Officer
Before joining Nexa, Adam specialised in commercial finance and strategy roles for high growth, private equity backed SMEs and large businesses. Prior to this, he completed a degree in mathematics at the University of Liverpool and qualified as an associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Victoria Hibbert
Chief People Officer
Prior to her role as Chief People Officer at Nexa, Victoria worked for several regional law firms in Shropshire and Mid Wales, along with a national firm based in Leicester. She is now responsible for the administration and management of Nexa, as well as onboarding new lawyers.

With over 25 years of experience in marketing, Jules brings a wealth of expertise in driving sales growth, building brand awareness, and leading strategic initiatives across various sectors. Jules’s focus is to develop and deliver marketing strategies that amplify the brand and reflect Nexa's unique approach to law.
Helen Godfrey
Compliance Manager
After completing her degree in languages and business at Durham University, Helen went on to study the PGDL and LPC at Chester College of Law. Helen completed her training contract in London before moving back to North Wales to specialise in family law.
Shaunagh Rogers
Compliance Manager
After completing her degree in law and criminology, Shaunagh went on to study the LPC and LLM at Chester University of Law. She specialised in civil litigation and commercial law.
