We are offering a flexible part time opportunity for a Legal Accounts Clerk with possible part home working within our modern, flexible and friendly company.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the entering and accuracy of financial records. Have a firm understanding of accounting terminology and processes as well as a very strong attention to detail. Ability and confidence to liaise with existing team and consultant lawyers.
Accounting Clerk Job Duties:
- Make spreadsheet entries and ensure accuracy of all transactions
- Compile reports through case management and distribute to Consultants
- Record transactions so that they can be consolidated and paid by accounts teams
- Careful inspection of invoices
Accounting Clerk Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with bookkeeping
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of accounting terminology and Excel

- Data entry
- Appreciation of confidentiality
