In the first of our new series looking at some of our franchise clients, we are delighted to introduce Valenta, a technology and business consulting franchise, who Goldstein Legal have been working with since May 2021.
What does Valenta do?
Valenta help mid-sized organisations to increase profitability through process optimisation, digital transformation, staff augmentation and learning.
Its franchise partners work closely with their clients to understand their needs, identify pain points and implement customised solutions. The aim is to simplify internal business processes making them more efficient and thereby increasing profitability. Utilising the latest technology such as AI to its full potential is a significant part of its approach.
How has the business developed?
The business started in Australia in 2014. Having acquired international clients in the UK, USA and Canada, Valenta decided to come to the UK in 2017. It launched its franchise model here in 2019.
Why did Valenta go down the franchise route?
Valenta wanted to grow and acquire more clients from across the business spectrum (from the relatively small to the very large and across all sectors), franchising provided a quick and efficient way to do this.
