Background
Paul trained at a boutique corporate law firm in Birmingham before honing his skills at international law firms Eversheds and Gateley. Paul has spent many years acting as a consultant to both the private and public sectors, working inhouse for a Local Authority in Greater Manchester and for the Greater Manchester Pension fund.
Paul is an expert in Landlord and Tenant Law and has considerable experience in a wide range of commercial property work, from portfolio management through to investment and development work. He has appeared in The Times and noted regional publication Insider, North West sharing his views on the commercial lease market.
Throughout his career Paul has acted for household names to start up businesses and sole traders across a number of sectors, from technology to manufacturing, leisure to retail and more recently for a number of Crossfit boxes.
Paul joined Nexa Law as a Partner in 2025 and continues to provide expert practical legal advice to his clients.
