Background
For over 23 years, Simon was the founder and Principal Solicitor of his own niche employment law practice which acted for a wide range of employer clients from owner managed to PLCs, NHS clients, and professional firms. His employee clients were also varied ranging from directors / senior executives and professionals such as teachers, social workers, solicitors and accountants.
Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and within five years he became a partner heading up a new employment law department.
