Easter is the time to celebrate springtime, indulge in a little extra chocolate, and look forward to a long weekend!
Easter cheer was in abundance at Oswestry charity Connect for Life this week, as service users and volunteers celebrated Easter early with a special delivery of Easter eggs donated by Nexa.
Fifty Easter eggs were delivered in Easter-themed gift boxes to be shared amongst service users and volunteers at the charity, which offers a day support service to mainly older people, particularly those with memory difficulties or dementia.
Nexa’s COO, Victoria Hibbert delivered the Easter egg donation and commented “Connect for Life play a vital part in the local community by providing an excellent day-centre facility, offering users the chance to learn new skills and build friendships, give them access to peer support, whilst also providing carers with a few hours of respite. Nexa Law is delighted to be able to support the charity and we just wanted to give everyone a gift to take home to celebrate Easter”.
