Jules has over 30 years of experience as a Conveyancer but finally qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2022.
Jules works with a significantly reduced caseload when compared to an employed Conveyancer which allows her time to give the best service I can to my clients.
Jules passionately believes in providing a quality service and this can only come from a non-volume caseload. Home moving can be highly exciting but sometimes a degree of support needs to be provided to clients, she likes to be sure she has time set aside to accommodate this. Jules assures she has a very “human” approach to the process.
Jules works with her husband Phil as her Legal Assistant, he recently earnt the NALP Conveyancing Paralegal Qualification and as he comes from an engineering background it has been quite a change in his career. Jules is rather proud of their achievements as a team but particularly the new feather in his cap!
Jules has full experience in all areas of residential property transactions and deals with shared ownership properties quite regularly.
